This policy explains what information Rozo collects, why, and what you can do about it. Rozo (including Rozo Social, Rozo Search and Rozo Mail) is run by Marketeer India (“we”, “us”). By using Rozo you agree to this policy. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and password. We store the password only in scrambled (hashed) form, so nobody at Rozo can read it.
- Social accounts you connect: when you connect Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile or X, that platform gives us an access key, your account or page name and profile picture. We use these only to publish the posts you schedule and to show you which account a post goes to.
- Your content: posts, captions, images, videos, music you upload, your brand kit (logo and colours) and your website address if you use Autopilot. Autopilot reads only public pages of the website you enter.
- Client details you enter: if you use client approvals, the client’s name and WhatsApp number, and whether they approved each post.
- Billing: your plan, billing period and the reference numbers Razorpay gives us. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay. We never see or store them.
- Usage: what you post and when (for example, how many X posts to bill), and basic technical logs that help us fix problems and keep Rozo secure.
- Waitlist and contact: your email address and message, if you write to us or ask to hear when a Rozo app opens.
How we use it
- To run Rozo for you: schedule and publish posts, make creatives, send approval links and show your calendar.
- To bill you through Razorpay and send GST invoices.
- To answer your support requests.
- To keep Rozo safe, prevent misuse and fix problems.
- To tell you about important changes to your account or to Rozo.
We do not sell your information. We do not show ads, and we do not use your content to advertise to anyone.
AI features
When you use an AI feature (such as the Create studio brief, the AI writer or Autopilot planning), the text you give it, your brand name and, for Autopilot, text from your website are sent to Anthropic, which runs the Claude AI model, to write the suggestions. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms this content is not used to train their models. You always review the result before anything is published. Text on Rozo images comes from the brief you approve; Rozo does not let an AI draw letters or logos.
Who we share it with
- The platforms you publish to (Meta, LinkedIn, Google/YouTube, X): your post and media, when you publish to them.
- Razorpay: to take payments.
- Anthropic: for the AI features described above.
- Our hosting and storage providers: the servers that run Rozo and store your files.
- The law: if a court or government authority in India lawfully asks us to.
Some of these providers (for example Anthropic) process data outside India. We only use providers that protect it.
Google and YouTube
Rozo’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Rozo uses YouTube API Services to upload the videos you schedule. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s use of your information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove Rozo’s access at any time from your Google account permissions.
Cookies
The Rozo app uses one essential cookie to keep you logged in. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except billing records, which Indian tax law requires us to keep. See how to delete your data.
Keeping it safe
Rozo uses secure (HTTPS) connections, scrambled passwords and access controls, so only you and the people you allow can see your workspaces.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also disconnect any social account in Rozo at any time. Email support@rozolabs.com.
Children
Rozo is for businesses and people aged 18 or older.
Grievance officer
If you have a complaint about how we handle your information, contact our grievance officer, Divya Sabnis, at support@rozolabs.com or Marketeer India, Wagholi, Pune 412207, Maharashtra, India. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top and tell you by email or in the app if the change is important.
