Delete your data

You can remove Rozo’s access to your social accounts at any time, and ask us to delete everything we hold about you.

Disconnect a social account

• In Rozo Social, open Accounts and remove the account. Rozo deletes its access key straight away.
• You can also remove Rozo from the platform itself, in its settings for connected apps. For Facebook and Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and websites. For Google and YouTube, use your Google account permissions.

Delete your Rozo account and data

• Email support@rozolabs.com from the email address on your Rozo account, with the subject “Delete my data”.
• We confirm within 2 working days and delete your account, workspaces, connected accounts, posts and files within 30 days.
• We keep billing records only as long as Indian tax law requires.

Deleting your Rozo data doesn’t remove posts that were already published on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google or X. Delete those on the platform.
