Rozo is online software. Nothing is shipped to you by post or courier.
When you get access
- Your free trial starts as soon as you create an account.
- A paid plan starts as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a minute. You’ll see it on the Billing page in Rozo.
- Images and reels from the Create studio are ready in the app within seconds to a few minutes.
If something goes wrong
If you paid but your plan isn’t active within 24 hours, email support@rozolabs.com with your account email and payment reference. We’ll activate it or refund you.
